Popis kurzu

Obsahem tohoto školení je úvod do problematiky IT Governance a zkoumání významu a přínosu řádného řízení v oblasti IT Governance pro jakoukoli organizaci působící v oblasti IT. Součástí školení je srovnání dostupných metodik a jejich obsahu a poskytnutí vodítka pro určení nejlepšího způsobu a načasování jejich využití. Školení podává přehled domén oblasti IT Governance a v závěru seznamí účastníky s plánem implementace IT Governance v organizaci.

This course provides an introduction to IT Governance, and examines the importance and benefits of sound IT Governance to any IT organization. It includes a comparison of the available methodologies and their content and offers guidance on how and when each might be best used. It includes an overview of the important IT Governance methodologies. The course reviews IT governance domains. The course concludes with explaining a roadmap to implement IT Governance in an organization.
