Toto školení poskytuje obecný přehled normy řízení služeb ISO/IEC 20000 a jeho účastníci se naučí, jak pojmout přípravu na proces formální certifikace. Součástí školení je vysvětlení certifikačního schématu itSMF ISO/IEC 20000, podrobné seznámení s 1. a 2. částí této normy, pokyny k jeho rozsahu, aspekty implementace, přípravou na audit a úlohou registrovaného certifikačního orgánu (RCB). Součástí školení je formální přezkoušení dle itSMF ISO/IEC 20000 Practitioner Examination.
Školení vedená v anglickém jazyce podléhají 20% příplatku k uvedené ceně. / Courses held in English have 20% extra fee to the above price.

This course gives a broad overview of the ISO/IEC 20000 IT Service Management standard and educates attendees in how to scope and prepare for a formal certification process. It includes guidance on the itSMF ISO/IEC 20000 Certification Scheme, a detailed look at parts 1 and 2 of the standard, a brief look at part 3 of the standard, implementation considerations, preparing for an audit, and the role of the Registered Certified Body (RCB). The course includes the formal itSMF ISO/IEC 20000 Practitioner Examination.

Při neúspěšném složení zkoušky lze zkoušku opakovat při následujícím termínu konání kurzu. Cena samostatné zkoušky je 3 690 Kč / 3 JTP.
When you do not pass the exam, it is possible to repeat it in the next course term. The price of the exam itself is 3 690 CZK / 3 JTP.

Předpoklady

At least 5 years relevant IT experience
Hold an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management; if you do not already hold this certificate you can take the course HF421S/HF421X and then pass the exam, EXO-101
Bring along a copy of the ISO/IEC 20000 standard - Part 1: Specification for service management (ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005) and Part 2: Code of practice for service management (ISO/IEC 20000-2:2005). These can be purchased from www.itsmf.com. At the site, go to your local Chapter and enter the Bookstore or Publications page. If this is not available from your local itSMF Chapter then you can order from the itSMF UK. Electronic copies can also be purchased and downloaded at www.iso.org
